converting mp3 to amr-wb or 3gp format?

So I think 3gp is just a container for amr-wb. I want to convert mp3's to AMR since the victor stream supports AMR but don't know how to do this. Any help with this would be appreciated, I want to cram more books onto my stream.

I'd say use switch, but I think it'll only convert to AMR if you buy it. Though for switch, I'd almost say it'd be worth it.
